I spoke with Josh from Chat support who gave me the same link and will tell you what I told him. It will show my G935 headset microphone if I plug it in, but it is disconnected for now because I want the camera to work as designed. Logi capture only shows: □Īnd NOT the C920. The G-Hub recognizes the camera and only gives me video options to work with. Webcam audio? Non-existent as far as the operating system is concerned. I have deleted the device from Device manager after unplugging it and have plugged it back in where the driver was auto installed. The graphics I posted capturing the situation may not come through here, but are on the Logitech support message board with the thread. Gonna repost here because I seem to have drawn the short straw when getting a response from anyone with competence from Logitech, though I still have hope. I posted this on the Logi website for support and got nothing of value.
